Danielle Rowell is a cybersecurity executive, strategist, consultant, and business leader with 14 years of experience across cybersecurity, federal information technology, risk management, governance, and organizational leadership. A former federal Chief Information Security Officer, she has led enterprise cybersecurity programs, managed multidisciplinary teams and multimillion-dollar budgets, and advised senior leaders through complex cybersecurity and business challenges.
Danielle holds a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Policy and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), bringing both executive-level perspective and deep expertise in navigating complex cybersecurity and regulatory environments. As the founder of Integrity Consulting & Advisory, she provides executive-level guidance on cybersecurity strategy, governance, investments, and major risk decisions, helping leaders make informed choices that align security with mission and business priorities.
Integrity Consulting & Advisory was founded on a single conviction: that sound security leadership should not be a privilege reserved for those with the largest budgets. We measure our value not in deliverables produced, but in the confidence a board can speak with, the posture an organization can defend, and the trust their stakeholders can continue to place in them.
Danielle is also an educator, leadership coach, and mentor who is passionate about helping leaders and organizations operate with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. Her approach is grounded in integrity, service, strategic thinking, and a commitment to protecting organizations that protect people.
